Pricing Questions Answered

Are API calls counted per request or per connector event?

API calls are counted per outbound request your integration makes to an external service. An inbound webhook that triggers a workflow counts as one call. Internal step executions within a workflow do not count toward your quota — only the connector I/O events that cross the platform boundary.

What happens if I exceed my monthly API call quota?

You will receive an email alert at 80% and again at 95% of your quota. If you reach 100%, calls are queued rather than dropped, and we notify you immediately. You can purchase a quota top-up (USh 15,000 per additional 100,000 calls) from the dashboard without upgrading your plan.

Can I pay in Ugandan Shillings via Mobile Money?

Yes. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and bank transfer in UGX. We also accept USD via Visa and Mastercard for international teams. Invoices are issued in UGX by default; USD invoicing is available on Enterprise plans upon request.

Is there an annual billing discount?

Annual billing gives you two months free on any plan — effectively a 17% saving. You can switch to annual billing from your account settings at any time; we will apply a prorated credit for the remainder of your current monthly period.
